http://talousdemokratia.fi/vaarinkasityksia_pankkitoiminnasta
Sen ovat myöntäneet mm. Suomen pankin tutkijat.

Lue tämä:
http://rahajatalous.wordpress.com/2011/07/17/satuja-joihin-uskotaan/

Ja erityisen huolella ja ajatuksella TÄMÄ :
http://rahajatalous.wordpress.com/2012/08/15/toimittaja-rossi-ja-rahan-endogeenisuus/

Täten on mahdotonta "pumpata" rahaa talouteen(eurojärjestelmässä). Tai "pistää setelipainoa käyntiin" -kuten sanotaan. Sellainen on harhaanjohtavaa puhetta. Ohipuhumista.

Esimerkiksi Euroopan keskuspankin toukokuisessa Monthly Bulletin -julkaisussa todettiin:

In fact, the ECB’s reserve requirements are backward-looking, i.e. they depend on the stock of deposits (and other liabilities of credit institutions) subject to reserve requirements as it stood in the previous period, and thus after banks have extended the credit demanded by their customers[.]…

In the case of normally functioning interbank markets, the Eurosystem always provides the central bank reserves needed on aggregate, which are then traded among banks and therefore redistributed within the banking system as necessary. The Eurosystem thus effectively accommodates the aggregate demand for central bank reserves at all times and seeks to influence financing conditions in the economy by steering short-term interest rates.

In sum, holdings of central bank reserves are thus not a factor that limits the supply of credit for the banking system as a whole.

Yhdysvaltain keskuspankin rahapolitiikan yksikön apulaisjohtaja Seth B. Carpenter vahvistaa EKP:n näkemyksen:

Changes in reserves are unrelated to changes in lending, and open market operations do not have a direct impact on lending. We conclude that the textbook treatment of money in the transmission mechanism can be rejected. Specifically, our results indicate that bank loan supply does not respond to changes in monetary policy through a bank lending channel.

Myös kansainvälisen järjestelypankin BIS:n tutkijat Claudio Borio ja Piti Disyatat pitävät rahan endogeenisuutta itsestäänselvyytenä:

This paper contends that the emphasis on policy-induced changes in deposits is misplaced. If anything, the process actually works in reverse, with loans driving deposits. In particular, it is argued that the concept of the money multiplier is flawed and uninformative in terms of analyzing the dynamics of bank lending. Under a fiat money standard and liberalized financial system, there is no exogenous constraint on the supply of credit except through regulatory capital requirements. An adequately capitalized banking system can always fulfill the demand for loans if it wishes to.

Terohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16835856400073612721noreply@blogger.com
